I love this necklace! It is beautiful and special to me. I put my two daughters' names on the hearts. It is different than the standard mother jewelry and can be worn on any occasion.

This was exactly what I expected. The hearts are very nicely engraved and the quality seems solid. The hearts are only connected to the piece at one point so they are delicate, but I think that the quality is great unlike other reviews I've seen.
