a. In most cases, yes we can. To request this option you will need to contact customer service. Each request is handled on an individual basis and depending on the necklace, pendant, ring, or watch we may have certain limitations to the amount and types of personalization we can do. Please call 1-888-542-6786 if you would like to request specialized personalization.
a. We will gladly wrap your purchase for a charge of $4.99 and enclose a gift message at your request. Please type your message exactly as you would like it to appear on the gift card. We will not edit or correct the message. You will be asked if you would like your item(s) gift wrapped on the final checkout page when you are also asked to enter your credit card. At that time you can enter your message and select the gift wrap option.
a. Nearly all of the personalized jewelry that we sell is solid gold and solid silver. The few items that we sell as “plated” are clearly marked as such and we make no attempts to conceal the actual materials being used to manufacture your personalized jewelry. As a rule of thumb if you do not see an item labeled as “plated” then it is a solid piece cut from a single solid piece of gold or silver. If you have any questions regarding a specific jewelry style please contact our customer service.
a. Every personalized necklace or pendant comes standard with a chain made of the same metal type as the pendant or necklace. So if you buy a 14K gold pendant you will receive a 14K gold chain. Our standard chain type is a rope chain cut to 18” length. When adding to cart you will be asked what length of chain you prefer, and in some cases what type. We offer a variety of additional chain types at special request. Please contact our customer service with questions.
a. Our jewelry styles come in a variety of sizes and styles, as such each piece has its own unique dimensions. Whenever possible we list the dimensions of the jewelry on the items detail page in the right hand column under “Additional Details” if you have questions, or would like to request a smaller or larger size for your chosen piece of jewelry please contact our customer service with any additional questions.
a. Yes, we are accustomed to handling unique requests for corporate events, clubs, and buying groups. Due to our highly flexible manufacturing process we are able to accommodate special requests very easily and welcome any ideas our corporate clients bring to the table. Personalized Jewelry does not publish discounted rates; however, we recognize that bulk corporate personalized jewelry orders require pricing considerations. a. Personalized jewelry manufactures nearly all of the jewelry that you find on our site. We cut and custom engrave in solid silver and gold and this process does take some time. We allow up to 5 business days for an order to ship during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. However, we also make every effort to exceed this requirement and in most cases your order will ship within a few days of ordering. If you have concerns regarding order processing and shipment arrival times please consider upgrading your shipping speed, or call our customer service if you have additional questions.
a. Personalized jewelry does not charge for standard ground shipping. We do offer accelerated shipping options for time sensitive orders.
a. Personalized Jewelry does not charge for engraving. All of our jewelry is cut to order and we engrave at the time that the entire piece is being manufactured so there is no additional charge for personalization. It is important to point out that this is included for standard personalization, if you request specialized personalization that is beyond the normal design of the jewelry then an additional charge may be applied.
