Personzlized-Jewelry.com is committed to high level of inspection and quality control all items. We warranty against defective merchandise which covers repair or replacement of defective products. If your piece is found to be defective, please return the item within 30 days. Misuse by the customer (see Jewelry Care) voids all warranties and Personalized-Jewelry.com’s return policy. Personalized Jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
