Can I see what my name will look like before I order?
Yes, any piece that can be personalized has a personalize it button below it. Simply click the button and you are on your way to designing your jewelry to your specifications. After you have told us what you want a dynamic image of the finished piece will be shown. While we think this feature is really cool, unfortunately it is still a work in progress. You may choose an item that is not returning an image or the image just doesn’t look right. If that is the case and you need to see it before you buy it, please email us at service@personalized-jewelry.com. Tell us the SKU number and the name you would like to see. We will reply to your email showing your personalized image within one business day. Thanks for your patience

I want to upgrade my shipping to 2nd day shipping. Does that mean I will get my order within two days?
Personalizing your jewelry takes time, as our items are hand-made and personalized in-house. Typically our turnaround time is 14 business days, but will vary by product. If you choose to pay for expedited shipping; it does not necessarily mean that you will receive your order within the amount of days you paid to have the order ship. Once you order is shipped, then the days for expedited shipping go into effect.
Are there online coupons available?
We frequently offer specials and discounts including free shipping. Please sign up for our newsletter and email offers.
Can I use a coupon on an already in progress?
We cannot apply a coupon code once your order has been placed. Please make sure to carefully review your order before you click "Process Payment". Coupons are not valid after their expiration date.
Will there be sales tax on my order?
Orders shipping in Illinois will have a sales tax of 10.25%. Orders shipping to other 47 contiguous states will not be charged tax.
When will be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order the day the order is placed. You will receive an email with your order confirmation.

How long does it take to produce a name necklace?
All Personalized-Jewelry.com products are custom made-to-order items and usually take two weeks to complete. If you need to receive an order by a specific date, please feel free to contact customer service at service@personalized-jewelry.com to inquire about availability. We will strive to accommodate your requests.
What are domestic shipping methods and delivery times?
We offer Free UPS Basic shipping within the lower 48 U.S. states. Delivery time is typically 3-6 business days.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship by UPS Ground ($12.95 shipping charge). Delivery time is 4-6 business days.

If you're in a rush, we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air service. Please see our Shipping Methods for pricing.

Every item is insured by Personalized-Jewelry.com while in transit to you. Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box via UPS services. Please contact customer service service@personalized-jewelry.com with your questions regarding shipping.

How will I know when my jewelry ships?
When you place an order on Personalized-Jewelry.com you will be asked to enter valid email address. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address. On the day that the item(s) ship you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Personalized-Jewelry.com only uses natural, white diamonds. The diamonds are full-cut and are H-J in color, I2-I3 in clarity.

Will the gold plating wear off?

Is your jewelry solid gold or gold plated?
All of our gold jewelry is solid 10K and 14K yellow and white gold. We do offer a small selection of gold-plated items which are clearly indicated on the website.
Is it possible to return the item if I don’t like how it came out?
